the mandatory preventive measure of social distancing comes with challenges to our Kupuna population, many of whom are already struggling with loniliness, restricted mobility and lack of financial security.

Making time for an Act of Kindness in these days of social distancing give us the opportunity to feel connected. Social bonds are necessary for us to thrive and Acts of Kindness, even when they are shared remotely, promote a sense of bonding and community, which our Kupuna deserve and need in this time of crisis.
